The Registered Behaviour Analyst – ECS is responsible for enhancing the knowledge and skill set of Special Needs Resource (SNR) staff within the Every Child Belongs model, who may request the development of a more formalized behaviour program. Provides expertise in behaviour support strategies to SNRs and community Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) and guides their work with young children exhibiting behavioural issues.
