Individualized Passport Supports
The Passport Program is an MCCSS funding program for adults 18+ with a developmental disability. Funding can be used to purchase supports from CLTO.

MyDirectPlan (MDP) is a free online tool designed to help you manage your Passport and Special Services at Home (SSAH) funding.

Apply for the Canada Disability Benefit (CDB - Inclusion Canada)
The CDB is a monthly payment from the Government of Canada. It is meant to help reduce poverty for working-aged people with disabilities who have low incomes.

A $1,200 scholarship for students with financial need entering post-secondary education. Recognizes academic achievement and community involvement, including support for people with intellectual disabilities.
