Increase to ODSP Rates

As of July 1, 2025, the Provincial Government raised Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) rates by 2.8 per cent (%).

This is the fourth rate increase since the government tied ODSP rates to inflation in September 2022. Since then, the rates have increased by a total of 20%.

The inflation-based increase of 2.8% to ODSP this year applies to:

  • basic needs and shelter maximum amounts for singles and families
  • board and lodging amounts for singles and families
  • the amount provided for a couple where both have disabilities
  • amounts for services provided by a Long-Term Care Home or a Specialized Care Residence

ODSP Rates Over Time

Note: The amount you can receive for your ODSP income support may be adjusted based on your situation, these numbers reflect standard rates at Community Living Toronto.

Moving forward, this income support will be adjusted in July each year, based on inflation.

Impacts to Residential User Fees

Starting July 1, 2025, Community Living Toronto will adjust our residential user fees to reflect ODSP changes. The maximum monthly fee for CLTO supported living residents will increase from $1,195.00 to $1,229.00.

If you use pre-authorized Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) for these payments, the new fee will be automatically charged without needing a new agreement.
