Our Guiding Principles
Actions taken to resolve concerns or complaints will follow these Guiding Principles:
Timely
Complaints are reviewed as soon as possible and resolved without unnecessary delay.
Confidential
Complaints are handled privately, and personal information is protected.
Fair
All complaints are reviewed respectfully and objectively, without taking sides.
Choice
If someone is not satisfied with how their concern is handled, they may speak with another person.
Transparent
People are told how decisions are made and the reasons behind them.
Improving
Complaints help us improve our services, policies, and practices.
Drives Improvement
Complaints are used to improve services, policies, and procedures for everyone at CLTO.
