Community Living Toronto Partners with Developmental Services Sector Agencies to Receive Employment and Modernization Fund
Community Living Toronto has partnered with Christian Horizons, Corbrook, Meta Centre, Kerry’s Place Autism Services, Reena and Vita Community Living Services & Mens Sana Families for Mental Health to receive an $800,250 grant from the Ministry of Community and Social Services’ Employment and Modernization Fund to fund a collaborative online Fee-for-Service Hub that will be used by 37 agencies across the developmental services sector. Community Living Toronto has received a $404,097 grant from the Ministry of Community and Social Services’ Employment and Modernization Fund to shift our site-based day programs toward increased community-based activities.
