Since 1948, Community Living Toronto has been a source of support for thousands of individuals with an intellectual disability searching for accessible and meaningful ways to live in the community. Whether its living alone or with a roommate, working in a supported environment or participating in community activities, we are here to help individuals realize their full potential and dreams.

We welcome students in their last year of academic studies from Behavioural Science/Autism and Behavioural Science, and related programs to explore this unique learning and career development opportunity. As part of this 12 month Employee in Training program you will:

  • Have an opportunity to work with our innovative and highly qualified Specialized Resource Homes team
  • Participate in a comprehensive mentorship program
  • Learn and enhance critical skills and experience in Applied Behavioural Analysis
